The Plan

Unlimited Web Design by Optimus Media keeps your website current for $250 per month, without a new quote every time you need a change.

Send as many requests as you like. We work on one at a time, in the order received. When one is finished, we start the next.

What's Included

Every request that keeps your existing site working, current, and effective is covered.

• Text, image, and layout updates on your existing pages
• New pages built to match your site's design
• Blog post formatting and publishing
• Contact forms, popups, and banners
• Bug fixes, plugin updates, and theme updates
• Basic on-page SEO adjustments
• Two rounds of revisions per request
• A full redesign every 2 years (see Redesign Every 2 Years)

Add-On: Social Sharing ($100 per month)

Every new blog post we publish for you is shared to your Facebook Page, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.

• Posts use the blog's featured image and a short caption written by us
• Up to 8 shared posts per month
• You give us access to your social accounts
• The add-on can be added or removed at any time with 30 days' notice

Redesign Every 2 Years

After 24 continuous months on the plan, your site gets a complete redesign at no extra cost.

1. Eligibility: 24 continuous months on the plan. Pausing or canceling resets the clock.
2. Scope: A new look and layout for up to 10 existing pages, built in Divi. Pages beyond 10 are quoted separately
3. Content: You provide or approve the copy and images. Rewriting your content is a separate service.
4. Not part of the redesign: New online stores, custom-coded features, and migrations.
5. Scheduling: We book your redesign into our calendar 60 days ahead. Regular requests continue at a reduced pace while it's underway.
6. Approvals: Two revision rounds on the design. If we wait more than 5 business days for your feedback, the schedule moves back.
7. Use it or lose it: The redesign must be started within 6 months of becoming eligible or it expires.

What's Not Included

These projects are larger than a plan request, so we quote them separately.

• New website builds and rebrands
• Redesigns outside your 24-month redesign window
• Online stores and custom-coded features such as calculators, dashboards, and custom apps
• Site migrations and server or security work
• Copywriting, marketing strategy, and funnel work
• Photography, video, logo, and print design
• Third-party integrations and ad management
• Websites for other businesses or domains

Terms

The plan runs month to month, billed in advance, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.

1. Hosting is separate and required with Optimus Media hosting.
2. Billing is monthly and charged in advance.
3. Cancel or pause anytime with 30 days' notice. The current month is not refunded.
4. Requests are submitted through one channel: Basecamp or the email address we give you. Requests sent elsewhere may be delayed.
5. Content and approvals come from you. If we wait more than 5 business days on you, the request is paused and the next one moves up.
6. Size limit: A request needing more than 3 hours of work is treated as a project. We quote it separately before starting.
7. Fair use: The plan covers maintaining and improving your existing site. Optimus Media may adjust or end a plan that regularly exceeds reasonable use.
8. No rollover: Unused capacity does not carry over to the next month.
9. Platform: Plans cover WordPress sites built with Divi.

Availability and Getting Started

We limit this plan to 10 clients so every request gets fast, careful work. When we're full, new clients join a waiting list.
